1.4 Payment and Discounts
It's the customers responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been completed. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside United Kingdom. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once. Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes.

All of the content on the Lunar Chi website including, products, pictures, blog posts, all graphic design and text are subject to trademark and copyright. All information and product may be used solely for personal non-commercial purposes. All images and designs are the intellectual property of Lunar Chi LTD. Throughout these terms, we will refer to ourselves as Lunar Chi, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means Lunar Chi. We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.
1.0 Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are purchasing a product and subject to all terms and conditions. All orders are final. In the instance of wanting to cancel your order, contact: info@lunarchi.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, without reason. We may resend a candle or product depending on the circumstances, however this is at our discretion.
1.1 Order Contract
When placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card, including the full cost for shipping. We do not begin to make your candles until payment is received.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to products upon checkout. We may refuse the right to send your order if information given is incorrect.
Parcels will be left unattended at the delivery address, unless stated otherwise in the notes section, prior to the order being placed. An additional price for shipping may be added for express, or signed parcels. Lunar Chi and Couriers hold no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address, when the parcel is marked to leave with neighbour or by the door. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Lunar Chi Delivery

All Lunar Chi candle products are one of a kind, and therefore can take time to be created after the initial order has been placed.
Order fulfilment can take 24-48 business hours after the payment has cleared. We cannot guarantee this timeframe as there can be unforeseen circumstances that delay your order that are beyond our control, such as delayed payment or insufficient stock to fulfil the order. In the event that the order is delayed, we aim to email you as soon as possible to keep you up to date with your order.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to products upon checkout. This includes payment for postage and all materials used in protection of your products while they are being sent to you. An additional price for shipping may be added for first class, express, or signed parcels, please note this in checkout. We may refuse the right to send your order if information given is incorrect.
Parcels will be left unattended at the delivery address, unless stated otherwise in the notes section, prior to the order being placed. Lunar Chi and Couriers hold no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address when the parcel is marked to leave with neighbour or by the door. We also offer a fully tracked service so you can see every step of your orders journey. This is a premium service and is charged at a flat fee of £6.95*. This service is particularly useful if you are buying presents to check that your order has reached its destination.
We also ship worldwide with orders to the US taking 5 working days and to Europe & the rest of the World 7-10 working days.
How Much Will Postage Cost?
UK & International postage costs will vary as we ship and charge by weight and size of product. When you are ready to place your order the postage costs will clearly be displayed in your shopping basket before you pay for your order. Worth noting that if your order totals £100 or more, shipping is absolutely free to UK addresses!
How long will it take to get my item?
All orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm are despatched the next working day.
Postage to UK addresses should arrive the day after we have despatched your parcel - We despatch all UK orders using Royal Mail's 24 hour parcel service (1st class), so your order will be delivered by your postman.
For US shipments we would expect your order to be with you within 5 working days, and the rest of the world should be between 7 and 10 working days (excluding day of despatch). However, due to the shipping network and items that are outside of our control we would ask that you allow up to a maximum of 20 working days for your order to get you.

Candle Care & Safety

LIGHTING TIMES (minimum/maximum)
Minimum: 45 minutes - 1 hour
Maximum: 3 hours (Tin Crystal Candles)
Candles are not to be burned for longer than 3 hours as it can possibly crack, or smash the container. Do not pick up TIN candles after candle has been lit until completely cool (30 - 45 minutes).
Each time you light your candle, allow it to burn right across the top to avoid unnecessary tunnelling. Maximising the life and fragrance of your candle.
Before you light your candle always trim your wick to 5mm to avoid mushrooming and excess wick. This also helps avoiding large flame and smoke. When you trim your wick regularly, your wick will stay to the correct size for the candle, and prevents excess carbon which may cause soot to collect on the inside of your container.
Be careful to not over trim your wick as you may not be able to relight your candle.
Never pour wax down the sink.
Avoid exposure to drafts and direct sunlight, even when your candle is not currently burning.
Never burn candles near anything flammable and always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface.
Do not remove crystal and flowers while candle is lit.
Be sure to take care near children and pets
Do not go to sleep with your candle lit.
Never, ever, ever leave your candle unattended.

Extinguish your candle, by pushing the wick into the wax, or with a candle snuffer.
Please do not extinguish your candle with the lid. 

Experts advise to never extinguish your candles with water, to use a fire blanket or foam fire extinguishers.
Please remember that all candles are hand-poured, and as much as we try to keep consistency, every candle will be different.

Made with love, light and Reiki, each crystal is cleansed with Palo Santo, infused with Reiki energy before being placed on Selenite to charge. Essential oils are carefully selected and added to compliment the energy of the crystals.
